Health Care Quality Units

Milestone acquired two Health Care Quality Unit (HCQU) contracts from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2000 to provide training and assistance to families and professionals. The Milestone Health Care Quality Units serve 18 Western Pennsylvania counties by providing training to developmental disability providers, thus setting the standard for care.

In 2016, Milestone’s Health Care Quality Units, headquartered in Butler and Warren, combined to provide professional training to more than 16,000 people in Western Pennsylvania.
